Manager Management Consulting

For our office in Hamburg, Germany, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced manager with a sound understanding of the TIMES markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and lead our TIMES clients (Telco, IT, Media, E-Business, Service Provider) in challenging "What's Next?" Strategy and Performance Management projects
  • Develop a strong and professional client relationship
  • Analyze client situation by identifying strategic and commercial objectives, as well as functional requirements 
  • Audit and assessment of organizations, their quality and relevance to the intended business 
  • Responsible for delivering valuable insight to the clients
  • Recommend approaches to achieve objectives
  • Business development and contract negotiations regarding deliveries, financials and timing
  • Manage programs of work in accordance with projected timelines, budgets and quality standards 
  • Overall accountability for the respective engagement 
  • Leading, supervising, coaching and mentoring consultants 

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of respective experience in management consulting within the TIMES markets
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS degree in related field preferred 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and program management skills 
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex client relationships 
  • Creativity to develop new, innovative strategies 
  • Experience in leading large international engagements (e. g. "What's Next?" Strategies, Business Set-up/Optimization, Performance Management, Market Intelligence) 
  • Successfully delivered business process optimization projects 
  • Fluent German and English – both written and spoken 
  • Experience in onsite/offshore environments
  • Team player truly committed to working in a collaborative environment 
  • Both practical hands-on experience and extensive formal learning
