In the Mergers & Acquisitions field, Skillnet prepares partial or entire transactions on the buy and sell side for financial institutions (venture capital, private equity, and investment banks) as well as corporates, their subsidiaries, and owner-run companies.
Since 1999, we have provided consultancy on more than 100 transactions with a total volume of approximately USD 2 billion in the USA, Europe, and China.
During the last year, we worked on several small to medium sized transactions ranging between USD 10 million and USD 100 million. More than 50% of our transactions are cross-border in nature.
Recent highlights in 2008 were the supporting of a USD 1 billion sale in Europe and the first cross border USA/China transaction in the cable TV arena (China Cablecom completed the USD 55 million acquisition of Hubei Chutian Network Phase I).
