USD 6 billion overall, average transaction between USD 10 and 100 million, 50% cross border
Being entrepreneurs ourselves, our clients profit from our mutual understanding of their objectives right from the start. During the last year, we worked on one IPO and several small to medium sized transactions ranging between USD 10 million and USD 100 million. More than 50% of our transactions are cross-border in nature.
Recent highlights in 2008 were the supporting of a USD 1 billion sale in Europe and the first cross-border USA/China transaction in the media arena (China Cablecom completed the USD 55 million acquisition of Hubei Chutian Network Phase I).
