Manager Corporate Finance

For our office in Hamburg, Germany, we are seeking highly motivated, success-oriented investment bankers, M&A experts and managers with an audit background for the expansion of our corporate finance team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Advise corporate clients and financial institutions in TIMES markets (Telco, IT, Media, E-Business, Service Provider)
  • Analyze client situation by identifying objectives (demand for due diligence, capital increase, buy side or sell side M&A, IPO or dual track)
  • Examine financial structures
  • Prepare financial reports and oversee analyses (e. g. CTA, CCA, DCF)
  • Recommend approach to achieve objectives
  • Analyze, implement and realize approach
  • Apply solution-selling skills
  • Deal Making

Our requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in M&A, capital sourcing, auditing or private equity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Industry/sector knowledge TIMES
  • Excellent english
  • Team player truly committed to working in an collaborative environment
  • Dynamic
  • Building relationships
  • Communicative skills
