For our office in Hamburg, Germany, we are seeking highly motivated, technology-oriented people with a sound understanding of how technology supports business.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise our TIMES clients (Telco, IT, Media, E-Business, Service Provider) in challenging technology projects – be it large assignments as a program manager or the setup of very innovative green field solutions from scratch
• Analyze client situation by identifying strategic and commercial objectives as well as functional requirements
• Audit and assessment of infrastructures and organizations, their quality and relevance to the intended business
• Recommend approach to achieve objectives (regarding commercial and technical aspects as well as timing issues)
• Ensure that all planning elements (e.g. system structure, work breakdown structure) are included in the relevant phases
• Devise suitable strategies for risk mitigation (elimination, reduction)
• Preparation of RFPs and manage SW, vendor or system integrator selection
• Contract negotiation regarding deliveries, financials and timing
• Analyze, implement and realize approach
• Ensure communication within sub projects and stakeholders
• Onsite accountability for the respective engagement
• Manage programs of work in accordance with projected timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Leading/supervising the project team (onsite/offshore)

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of respective experience in technological conceptual work, architectures and management of technology teams
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS degree in related field preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and program management skills experience with common tools and techniques
• Proven track record of managing and growing complex client relationships
• creativity to develop new, innovative solutions
• Experience in leading large international engagements (e. g. CRM, ERP, CMS)
• Successfully delivered business process optimization projects
• Industry/sector knowledge TIMES
• Fluent German and English – both written and spoken
• Experience in onsite/offshore environments
• Team player truly committed to working in a collaborative environment
