Team
The Skillnet team consists of highly motivated individuals with dedication to the TIMES markets and challenging clients. The team members typically combine an above-average specialization and highly-developed soft skills with many years of professional experience.
The overall partner to consultant ratio is approximately 1:6. We believe this represents an unprecedentedly unique ratio in comparison to our competitors and it allows us to allocate expertise effectively among the teams.

Partner: Client's key contact and solution architect
Partners posses an average of 17 years of professional experience and have previously worked at top international companies in the fields of management consultancy, auditing, and brand goods.

Director: Planning and supervising the project success
Directors have approximately over 10 years of professional experience. Almost all of them have previously worked not only for consultancies, but also in line functions at TIMES companies. This makes communication with clients significantly easier. A director is usually on the last step to becoming a partner at Skillnet.
Directors who do not wish to take part in a typical "partner" acquisition role can stay at this level and focus on project work only. They are, of course, key elements of the internal incentive program. There is no "grow or go" policy in place at Skillnet.

Manager: Delivering on quality, budget and time
"Typical" Skillnet managers have usually at least 7 years of professional experience. Generally, a manager oversees two projects at a time in order to always ensure inspiration from other approaches and issues.
Consultants: Producing results in all phases
Skillnet consultants are special. We do not usually look for a typical applicant and employ no career-starters. We are, however, interested in unique talents, either possessing in-depth knowledge in a certain area (i.e. "nerds") or highly specific functional or soft skills.

Assistants: the power behind
Our team is rounded off by outstandingly able assistants. They are responsible for the entire time-consuming task of project documentation, enabling the consultants to concentrate on communication with clients and specialist work. Their back office workflow moreover positively impacts the efficiency of our work and organization, which naturally also benefits our clients.
